versedsoftParticipantDear Support Team,
Greetings.
22. Shipping Charge Issue:
Please resolve the shipping charge issue. My previous explanation:
First of all, We have configured three shipping options along with the order subtotal. For example, we have set the free shipping qualification threshold at BDT 985. However, we have noticed that even when an order qualifies for free shipping, a shipping charge is still being added to the total. What is causing this issue, and how can it be fixed?2ndly, I do not have the time to test this issue using default WordPress themes such as Twenty Twenty-Five or WooCommerce Storefront. As a theme expert and the developer of this product, it is your responsibility to investigate and resolve the issue efficiently.
From my assessment, the problem appears to originate from your theme. We have already spent considerable time attempting to identify and resolve the issue on our end, but without success. Therefore, I expect your team to take ownership of the matter and provide an appropriate fix rather than shifting the burden of troubleshooting to the customer.
23. The oil products listed under the Foods category are not showing on the website.
24. There is an issue with the price filter. It is visible on some product pages, but missing on others. The product brand is not appearing on the product page.
My previous explanation 23 & 24:
There is no practical value in these suggestions. You need to understand that every third-party plugin currently installed on my website serves an important and necessary business function. Therefore, disabling them permanently is not an acceptable solution. If you believe a plugin conflict exists, you may temporarily disable the plugins for diagnostic purposes and determine the exact source of the issue. However, based on our extensive testing, the problem appears to be related to your theme, as we have been unable to resolve it despite repeated efforts.
At this stage, it feels as though I am being asked to perform extensive unpaid testing and troubleshooting on behalf of your development team. Since this is your commercial product, providing technical support and resolving defects is both a professional obligation and a moral responsibility toward your customers. I expect a genuine solution rather than a series of tasks that transfer your support workload to the client.
So, Please solve these problems.
33. Footer Mobile Version Issue:
I have added the Information, Shop By, Support, and Consumer Policy sections in the footer. However, in the mobile version, these sections are appearing misaligned on the left and right sides. They should be displayed in order, aligned to the left, one below another. Could you please check the issue and let me know what is causing this problem? Also see the SS.

22. Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Free Shipping Bar > Calculation > select the Based on WooCommerce Zones option.
Please follow this guide and set up the free shipping bar based on shipping zones: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/free-shipping-progress-bar/
23, 24. Try to increase the “PHP Max Input Vars” parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration and check how it works.
You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase this value for your website.
33. Sorry to say I have been unable to login to your site due to the Jetpack Security. Give site access so I will further check and give you a possible solution.

23. Your issue has been resolved. Please check back your site and check the oli category.

24. You have only one product in this category that is why it is not showing. Try to add more products with different prices, then it will show.
33. Your issue has been resolved. Edit the footer html block with elementor > Edit container where toggle added and in the advanced tab remove the left margin in each container.

versedsoftParticipant23 & 24 Issues:
Based on your response, I checked the issue again and found that it has not been resolved yet.
In the first link, the Price Filter is visible even though there is only a single product in the category:
https://faitheshop.com/product-category/%e0%a6%aa%e0%a7%8d%e0%a6%b2%e0%a6%be%e0%a6%b8%e0%a7%8d%e0%a6%9f%e0%a6%bf%e0%a6%95-%e0%a6%86%e0%a6%87%e0%a6%9f%e0%a7%87%e0%a6%ae-plastic-goods/%e0%a6%b9%e0%a6%bf%e0%a6%9c%e0%a6%be%e0%a6%ac-%e0%a6%b9%e0%a7%8d%e0%a6%af%e0%a6%be%e0%a6%99%e0%a7%8d%e0%a6%97%e0%a6%be%e0%a6%b0-hijab-hanger/However, in the second link, the Price Filter is not visible even though there is also only a single product:
I would like the Price Filter and Brand Name to be displayed consistently on all category pages, regardless of whether the category contains a single product or multiple products.
This is important because I assign a brand name when setting up each product, and I want the brand information to remain visible and filterable across all categories.
Please check the attached screenshots to better understand the issue.

versedsoftParticipant34. On the inner pages, this section does not overlap with or enter the footer area. However, on this home page, the section is extending into the footer section.
Please fix the layout so that this section remains properly positioned above the footer, consistent with the other inner pages.

23. Could you please check the price filter shown on the “Blackseed Oil” category with some default theme like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?
Regarding the brand widget, I have added the Woodmart WooCommerce layered nav widget in the shop page widget and it is showing fine in the sidebar.
34. I have checked your site and it is showing fine.

Please try to clear the browser cache and double-check the issue.

35. Add blog section on home page:
Please add my blog section to the homepage so that visitors can view blog posts alongside the products. Displaying the three most recently published blog posts in the blog section will be sufficient.Regards

versedsoftParticipantDear Support Team,
36. free shipping calculation issue:
One issue is with the free shipping threshold. I need to be able to change the minimum order amount from time to time. However, when I update this value, the new amount does not take effect.
For example, the minimum order amount for free shipping was previously set to ৳985. I have now increased it to ৳1,235, but the system is still calculating eligibility based on the old amount of ৳985 instead of the updated amount of ৳1,235.
This could become a serious problem if it continues to happen. Please investigate and fix this issue so that the free shipping calculation always uses the latest configured minimum order amount.

22. The issue is coming from your shipping zone setup.
Right now, you have two separate zones with the same region (Bangladesh):
– One zone with Local Pickup methods
– Another zone with Free Shipping (min order 985)In WooCommerce, only one shipping zone should match a location, and the first matching zone in the list will be used. Because both zones are set to Bangladesh, WooCommerce may be applying in the wrong zone, which is why free shipping is not triggering correctly.
Keep only one shipping zone for Bangladesh, and inside that same zone, add Local Pickup methods and Free Shipping (with a minimum order of 985).
Then ensure:
– Free Shipping is enabled and correctly set with a minimum order amount
– No duplicate Bangladesh zones existAfter this, free shipping will properly override when the order total reaches BDT 985.
Please follow this e-commerce documentation about this:
https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/35. You can easily add this using the Blog widget in the page builder.
Edit your homepage and add the Blog widget, then set the query to display the latest posts (3 items). This will automatically show the 3 most recently published blog posts on your homepage alongside products.
See Screenshot for better understanding:

Please follow this guide and set up the free shipping bar based on shipping zones: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/free-shipping-progress-bar/
Best Regards
