WooCommerce Payments page blank; PayPal/Square not working

We need technical support regarding payment gateway integration on our WooCommerce website.
We previously tried to configure Square Payments, but we could not get it working correctly. During checkout/payment testing, we experienced payment authentication issues, including 3DS authentication problems.
Now we are trying to connect PayPal to WooCommerce, but we are unable to complete the setup successfully.
The main issue is that when we go to:
WooCommerce → Settings → Payments
the Payments page loads as a completely blank white page. Because of this, we cannot see or manage any payment methods inside WooCommerce.
Summary of the problem:
WooCommerce Payments settings page is blank/white.
PayPal setup cannot be completed.
Previously Square payment integration also failed.
Payment methods are not visible inside WooCommerce.
We need help checking if this is caused by a plugin conflict, WooCommerce issue, server configuration, REST API problem, JavaScript error, or database/update problem.Could you please help us investigate and fix this issue?
If needed, we can provide:

Hosting/cPanel access
Screenshots
WooCommerce system status report
Error logs from the server or browser consoleOur goal is to make PayPal work properly on the WooCommerce checkout page.
Additional issue during checkout:
We also tested the checkout page on mobile. After entering credit card details and trying to place a test order, WooCommerce shows this error message:
“There was an error processing your order. Please check for any charges in your payment method and review your order history before placing the order again.”
So the issue is not only in the WooCommerce admin Payments settings page. The payment process also fails on the customer checkout page.
We can provide a screenshot of this checkout error if needed.
Additional details:
At the beginning, when this checkout error appeared, we were still able to charge the card several times. For example, we successfully charged $1 around 8 times during testing. However, even though the payment was charged, the order confirmation / success page was not displayed. The checkout page stayed on the same error screen.
Now the issue has become worse. We can no longer process any payment at all. No payment gateway works anymore.
Currently:
* We cannot receive payments with Square.
* We cannot complete the PayPal setup.
* We cannot process credit card payments.
* WooCommerce → Settings → Payments shows a completely blank white page.
* We cannot see or manage any payment methods in WooCommerce.So initially the payments were being charged but WooCommerce was not completing the order properly. Now payments are not being charged at all, and the WooCommerce Payments settings page is completely blank.

TwentyTwenty-Five or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?Best Regards

We tested the issue with a default WordPress/WooCommerce theme as you requested, but the same problem still happens. So it does not seem to be caused only by the WoodMart theme.
We also changed the payment gateway and installed/configured Stripe. Now the payment can be charged successfully, so the “no payment is being received” issue seems to be solved.
However, we still have a serious checkout problem:
After the customer pays by credit/debit card through Stripe, the payment is charged successfully, but WooCommerce does not redirect the customer to the order confirmation / thank you page.
Instead, the checkout page stays on the same payment screen and shows this error:
“An error occurred while processing your order. Please check your payment method and review your order history before placing a new order.”
Because the page does not move to the success page, if the customer clicks the payment button again, the payment can be charged again. This can cause duplicate charges.
Current situation:
* We tested with a default theme as requested.
* The same checkout error still happens.
* Stripe payment is charged successfully.
* WooCommerce does not complete the checkout flow correctly.
* The customer is not redirected to the order confirmation / thank you page.
* The checkout page remains stuck on the payment step.
* Clicking the payment button again may charge the customer again.Could you please advise what we should check next?
Do you think this could be related to WooCommerce checkout AJAX, Stripe webhook/order status update, REST API, server configuration, caching, or a plugin conflict?
We can also provide screenshots, WooCommerce logs, Stripe logs, browser console errors, or temporary admin access if needed.

You have checked with the default theme and the issue remains, which means it is not our theme issue.
Please contact the plugin support in this regard. They will guide you better.
