In my [html_block id="10834"], I have added a ‘Product categories’ item. But the sorting order doesn’t work as the serial I organized .

Edit this HTML Block and change the order to “As IDs or slug provided order’.

This will ensure the categories appear in the exact order you have defined manually instead of default sorting.
