fail import

    I added an import to the site last week but it didn’t install properly. The header is too high and is hidden for some reason and many elements that should be lower are quite high up. I also can’t find the mobile tabs menu that shows two tabs.

    Hello,

    Please try to deactivate the third-party plugins and import the demo again.

    Note that our dummy content works only on a fresh installation. If you have some content already, it will conflict with your existing posts, and most of the content will not be imported correctly.

    If the issue remains, try to increase the “PHP Max Input Vars” parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration and import the demo again.

    If the issue still remains, let me know which demo you want to import and share the WP login details so I can further check on your site and import the demo on your site.

    Hello,

    Glad to hear it was working after the initial fix.

    If the same layout issue appears again, clear all caches and check the issue.

    If it still happens again, please share your WP-Admin login details so we can check it directly on your site.

    Hello,

    I have further investigated the issue, and it seems the demo content “Fashion 2” was not imported correctly on your site because third-party plugins with existing content were active during the import process.

    Please try the following:
    – Deactivate all third-party plugins (keep only WoodMart required plugins active)
    – Re-import the demo on a fresh setup

    Please note that our demo content is designed to work on a fresh WordPress installation. If there is already existing content or active third-party plugins, it can conflict with the import process and cause an incomplete or broken demo setup.

    If the issue still remains after this, let me know and I will help you import the demo on your site.
