Hello WoodMart Support Team,
I am currently building a website using WoodMart and Elementor and have discovered what appears to be an issue with the Promo Banner widget.
An SEO audit reports that one of my pages contains two H1 tags. After investigating the page source, I found that a WoodMart Promo Banner widget is generating an empty H1 tag:
<h1 style=”text-align: center;”></h1>
The banner title is set to “Gallery” and the heading tag within the widget is set to H2, not H1. I have also checked the content area and cannot find any setting that would intentionally generate an H1 tag.
The issue appears to be coming from a Promo Banner widget within a grid layout. Despite checking all visible settings, the empty H1 continues to be output in the source code and is being detected by SEO tools.
Could you please advise:
1. Whether this is a known issue with the Promo Banner widget?
2. If there is a setting I may have overlooked that could be generating the empty H1?
3. Whether this behaviour has been addressed in a recent update?
I would be happy to provide screenshots, source code snippets, or page details if required.
Thank you for your assistance.
Kind regards,
Jason Stocks-Young
