AJAX Product :Brand filter works on the first tab but fails on subsequent tab

Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with the AJAX Product Tabs element.
When I set the tab content based on “Brands”, the AJAX loading only works for the first tab. When I click on any subsequent tabs, they fail to load the products (will show all products, not by the brand).
However, if I change the setting to use “Categories” instead of “Brands”, the tabs work perfectly fine for all items.
Could you please check if this is a known issue or if I am missing a specific configuration for using Brands with AJAX tabs?
My site is running on the latest version of WoodMart. Let me know if you need any further information or temporary access to the dashboard.

You can fix this by applying patch #723131:
1. Go to Dashboard → WoodMart → Patcher.
2. Find the patch in the list.
3. Click Apply.

BUT I CAN’T FIND THE PATCHER AND APPLY
As we can see, you have an outdated version of the theme. Please update the theme to the latest version first – 8.5.4. Then you will see all the patches made for the latest version.
how to update the theme to the latest version 8.5.4, please help to step by step and make sure not affect the current website
i already update woodmart and woodmart core, but it’s still the same problem.
please help to resovle this issue
please refer to the attachment which have update the lastest version 8.5.5 and no patch could be applied

This patch is already included in 8.5.5 update so you don’t need to apply it separately. The issue should be fixed now. Please test from your end and let me know.
