Responsive Checkout Page

    Hi,

    I’m having an issue with the Checkout page in Woodmart.

    The entire website is using a responsive full-width layout, but the Checkout page appears to be boxed. The header and footer become constrained to a fixed-width container only on /checkout, while all other pages display correctly.

    I’ve already gone through what feels like every setting in the theme, but I can’t find what’s causing this.

    I’m using: Gutenberg (no Elementor, no Layouts), Standard WooCommerce Checkout

    Could you please tell me what setting could cause the Checkout page to use a boxed layout while the rest of the site remains full width?

    Hello,

    Thank you for the update.

    No problem. Once the website is moved to public hosting, please provide us with the WP-Admin access details in the Private Content field, and we will check the Checkout page and compare its layout settings with the rest of the website.

    In the meantime, you can also check Theme Settings > General > Layouts and the individual Checkout page settings to make sure no boxed/container option has been applied specifically to the Checkout page.

    Once we have access to the live site, we can investigate this more precisely and determine what is causing the header, footer, and checkout content to use a constrained width only on checkout.

    Hello,

    The website has now been moved to public hosting, (in maintenance mode).
    Unfortunately, the issue with the Checkout page remains. The same problem occurs on both language versions of the website. We are using WPML.

    I am sending the WP-Admin login details in the Private Content field so you can access the website and investigate the issue.

    Hello,

    Your issue has been resolved. I noticed that a Theme Preset was created for the Checkout page, and a custom site width was selected under Theme Settings > General > Site Width.

    I have adjusted the Theme Preset settings for the Checkout page, and it is now displaying correctly. Please check back your site and check the issue, If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
