Google rankings can be affected by several factors, including SEO settings, structured data, indexing, content, performance, and changes made during the migration.
Regarding the product prices and star ratings not appearing in Google search results, please check the product structured data/schema and Google Search Console to see whether Google is detecting any issues with the product markup.
You can also use Google’s Rich Results Test to verify the Product schema on the affected product pages.
