Let’s check whether the theme is involved. The quickest way is to test with a default one:
1. Back up your site first, just in case.
2. Switch temporarily to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty-Four, or to Storefront.
3. Try the same thing again and tell us whether the problem is still there.
You won’t lose anything. All your WoodMart settings stay saved and come back when you switch the theme back.
