Hello,

I am experiencing an issue when trying to access the predefined layouts and element library within Elementor.

When I open the XTEMOS element library modal, it displays the following error message: “The library can’t be loaded from the server.” (As seen in the attached screenshot).

Hello,

Could you share your admin login details in the Private content field? Then we can check your settings and find what’s actually causing this instead of guessing. Only our support team can see that field, and we keep your details confidential.
