Cannot activate

Hello,
I have a valid WoodMart license and I am unable to activate it on my website.
When I enter my purchase code and email address under WoodMart → Theme License and click “Activate theme”, the page simply reloads, clears the fields, and displays no error message. The license remains inactive.
I already removed the previous domain activation from my XTemos account. My XTemos account now shows no active domain for this purchase code.
I also disabled all third-party plugins. Only WoodMart Core, WooCommerce and WPBakery Page Builder are active, but the issue remains.
Server configuration: PHP 8.3.35, memory limit 512M, max_input_vars 10000, max_execution_time 300, file_get_contents enabled.
Could you please check why the activation request is failing?
