WoodMart doesn’t have a built-in email OTP or passwordless login feature. The theme uses the standard WooCommerce login form on the My Account page and in the header login popup, so you will need an extra plugin for this.
About WP 2FA: this plugin adds a second verification step after the normal password login. It doesn’t replace the username and password. That’s why your WooCommerce login form still looks the same.
To let customers log in with only their email address and a one-time code:
– Install a passwordless login plugin that sends an email OTP and supports the WooCommerce login form. You can find several by searching the WordPress plugin directory for “email OTP login WooCommerce” or “passwordless login WooCommerce”.
– Set it up using the plugin’s own instructions. Most of these plugins let you turn off password login or replace the default WooCommerce login form.
– If you only need the OTP login, you can deactivate WP 2FA so the two plugins don’t clash.
After setting it up, please test logging in on the My Account page and in the header login popup. If the OTP form doesn’t show up or work properly in either place, let us know which plugin you’re using and we’ll check it on your website.
