Hello,
Please navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks > Product permalinks and select Shop base (/shop/). Then click Save Changes and check whether the product links work correctly.

Hello,
I have checked your website, and the link is redirecting to the Shop page correctly without showing a 404 error.
However, if you want to display the complete breadcrumb trail, such as Home / Shop / category names / Product name, please navigate to Dashboard > Layouts > Single product > Pets and add the WooCommerce Breadcrumbs widget to your single product layout.
After saving the layout, check the product page to see how the breadcrumb trail appears: https://postimg.cc/n9cZmRDS
