    Hello WoodMart Support Team,

We are experiencing an issue with the product grid on our WooCommerce website:

    **Website:** https://hogarmasmil.com/

**Theme version:** WoodMart 8.6.6 (just updated)

**Issue: Mobile product grid opens the product page on the first tap instead of the second tap.**

Under **WoodMart → Theme Settings → Product Archive → Product Loop**, we have disabled the following option:

**”Open product on click on mobile” = OFF**

According to the description of this setting, the expected behavior should be:

    1. **First tap:** Display the product summary, description, price and action buttons without navigating away from the product archive.
    2. **Second tap:** Open the individual product page.

    **Actual behavior:**

When tapping a product for the first time on an Android mobile device:

    – The product summary correctly appears.
    – However, at the same time, the browser starts loading the individual product page.
    – After loading, the product page opens automatically without requiring a second tap.

In other words, the first tap seems to trigger both the product summary display and navigation simultaneously.

    **What we have already checked:**

    – The “Open product on click on mobile” setting is disabled.
    – WoodMart has been updated from version 8.6.4 to 8.6.6.
    – The issue persists after the update.
    – We have not installed any additional JavaScript workaround for this issue.

    **Our questions:**

    1. Is this a known issue with the mobile product grid or the “Show summary on hover” layout?
    2. Could there be a conflict between WoodMart’s mobile click handlers and another theme functionality?
    3. How can we restore the intended two-tap behavior?
    4. Is there an official fix that does not require custom JavaScript?

We are also investigating significant performance issues with our product archive pages, so we would prefer to avoid adding custom JavaScript or unnecessary functionality.

We can provide additional screenshots, recordings or diagnostic information if needed.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Best regards,
    XSI Technical Team

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the website’s WP-Admin login credentials so we can investigate and help you resolve the issue?
For your security, please do not post your login credentials directly here. Instead, use our secure sharing service: https://secret.xtemos.com/

Simply enter your login details, generate a secret link, and share that link with us in this topic. The link can only be opened once, helping keep your credentials private.

Once we have access, we will investigate the issue and provide a suitable solution.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

We have made an important discovery regarding this issue.

After testing different plugins, we found that **disabling PRO Elements resolves the mobile product grid problem**.

    With PRO Elements enabled:
    – The first tap displays the product summary but also immediately navigates to the product page.

    With PRO Elements disabled:
    – The first tap correctly displays the product summary without navigating to the product page.

Unfortunately, we cannot leave PRO Elements disabled because our website headers and other Elementor-based components depend on its functionality.

This strongly suggests a conflict between PRO Elements and WoodMart’s mobile product grid interaction.

Could you please advise us on how to resolve this conflict without losing the Elementor functionality?

Would replacing PRO Elements with the official Elementor Pro plugin potentially resolve the issue, or is there a specific known conflict we could address?

    Thank you for your assistance.
