Theme Customization and Request for Multiple-License Discount

Regarding the WoodMart theme, I would like to display two geographical details for each product or listing: City and Neighborhood.

Could you please explain how to add and configure these two labels in the theme?

Additionally, would it be possible to replace the “BRAND” label with “CITY”? If so, could you please guide me through the steps required to make this change?
