YITH add-ons not added to cart and printed again in related products

I use YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons with Woodmart on variable products. The add-ons display and the page total updates, but when I click “Add to cart” the add-ons are not added: the cart shows only the base price and no options under the product. I turned off Woodmart’s AJAX add to cart and the result is the same. Removing my custom CSS did not change anything.

What I noticed:

• The same YITH add-ons block is printed several times on the product page: once for the main product, and again for every product in the “Related products” section. Each has its own variation form and add to cart button. This creates duplicate IDs and field names like yith-wapo-1-0 and yith_wapo[][1-0].
• Choosing a colour fires many admin-ajax.php requests (action live_print_blocks), and sometimes the add-ons don’t appear at all. In one request the attribute values were sent empty.
• The “Product price” row of the add-ons total sometimes shows a wrong price.

My questions:

• Is Woodmart’s variation form / quick shop in the product loop what causes the add-ons to be printed for related products? How can I turn that off for the related products section only?
• Is there a known conflict between Woodmart and YITH WAPO that stops the selected add-ons being added to the cart?
• Is there a recommended setting or hook to make this work?
