    Hi WoodMart Support Team,

I recently updated WPBakery on my site, and it created a major conflict with the Classic Editor / Advanced Editor Tools setup inside text block elements:

Toolbar Reset/Minification: Editing a Text Block element forces the TinyMCE toolbar into a minified, single-row layout instead of respecting the full multi-row layout set by Advanced Editor Tools.

Injected Styles & DOM Attributes: WPBakery automatically injects inline styles (font-family, line-height) and node attributes (data-path-to-node, p-rc_ IDs) into paragraph tags inside text elements, overriding custom theme typography.

When I roll back WPBakery to version 8.7.3, the issue disappears completely and the editor works as expected.

Could you please check if this is a known compatibility issue between the latest WPBakery update and WoodMart’s custom element templates, or let me know if a patch/override is available to stop WPBakery from altering the default editor configuration and injecting inline font styles into text blocks?

    Thank you!

    Hi there,

Thank you for the detailed report.

We checked this and the problem comes from WPBakery itself, not from WoodMart. We get the same behavior with a default WordPress theme: the TinyMCE toolbar is reduced to one row, and inline styles and extra attributes are added to text blocks. This means the WPBakery developers need to fix it in a future plugin update.

Until they release a fix, you can keep using WPBakery 8.7.3, since everything works correctly with that version. You may also want to report the issue to the WPBakery team so they’re aware of it.

    Kind regards,
    XTemos Studio
