Please navigate to the Appearance > Install plugins, make sure Woodmart Core, as well as the WP Bakery page builder, have been updated, if they have not, update them, if the problem still exists, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, and switch to the parent them if you are running the child one and provide your site admin access to the private area.
