If you test the function on the Storefront theme which is developed and provided by Woocommerce and it does not work either, it means that the problem is not in our theme. Yes, our theme fully supports Woocommerce, however, something is broken on your site and no theme would fix it. Try to reinstall all, perhaps you customized anything or could use a harmful third party plugin which сould damage the site.
