The height of the images is different initially. As you can see you set the width in the image configuration and height is set automatically based on the width. If you take two different size images and paste in two blocks of the same size, images would have different height. This is the nature of the image and our theme does not influence. You will have to upload images of the same size and proportion or crop images.
