I’m glad that your prior issue is resolved.

To use the custom icon you can use the “Information box element” and upload your icon in image form.

While using font-awesome do not use the “fa-fa” in menus. Just try with the main icons name like “mobile” for “fa-fa-mobile”. The fa fa- is added automatically.

Actually, The Theme supported 4.7 version of the FontAwesome and you have to use/take icons from 4.7 for the Menu.

We will try to update it in the nearest future update of theme.
