Our Instagram WPBakery element has two options to get media from your account on Instagram:

Scrape – simply scrapes the page on the web and parses all the images. This method is outdated and may be blocked by Instagram now.
AJAX – similar to the first one but images are parsed on the frontend side. Works for now but probably will not be allowed in the future.

We are releasing a new update soon and add the features with the recent version and update the documentation accordingly.
