No, by default there is no such distance of 40px from header to content.

You need to edit your very first row and check the margin of that row. Might be possible that the margin is inside the row.

Also you can put the top margin as -40px in the row settings. To remove that empty space. Both of the sliders are efficient, so it’s up to you which one you like the most.
