Reply To: URGENT – some problems

Hello,

1) To display Sale, New and Hot badge on products. You need to enable the labels in the Theme Settings > Shop > Labels and then enter each product and enable there as well by checking the “Add “New” label” option.

To display the hot label you need to make product as featured product from Products >> All Products option in the dashboard.

For the sale label you need to make sure that you put a sale price and scheduling date from the product edit page.

2) You need to make sure that you are using the correct shortcode on Wishlist and Compare page:

Wishlist shortcode: [woodmart_wishlist]
Compare short code: [woodmart_compare]

If the shortcode is correct and it still nor working then deactivate all of your third party plugins and then check back after clearing your site and browser cache.

3) None of the product category shown in your single product page. I have test your multiple products.

Kindly provide the screenshot by pointing out the section where the category shown so I can help you accordingly.

Also your login info is incorrect and not working for me..
