As I already mentioned on post #165189 you guide me to disable this action. Now when I click this icon nothing happens which is something I want.

I suppose enabling the dropdown or the hidden side bar on the cart page is not easy to achieve like the previous action.
I can handle many things if you guide me to the right direction.
