You can find the plugin in Dashboard > MC4WP > Forms https://prnt.sc/qyj56e
If you mean the popup, you can edit it in the Theme Settings > Shop > Promo popup https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/promotional-pop-ups/
