The problem arises when the client sees it on their screen, it is not retina.

I found this solution browsing the internet:
“The problem comes from the transform tool, by default it uses the 3D transform property. This generates the pixelation error. Just change the tool to use height and width, instead of 3D”

but I don’t know where to fix that
