Are you talking about the situation when you click on filter by size and products with 0 stock value are shown? I’m afraid it comes from woocommerce functionality and we can’t change it. You can try to use standard WooCommerce layered nav widget and check this. We can help you only in case this widget works in the way you need and our own (Basel Layered nav) – doesn’t work.
