If you want to show the follow buttons then you should first go to HTML block >> Add the New block >> Then add the Social Button VC element on the page >> you will see the both options follow and share then publish that block and then copy the shortcode of that block and paste it to anywhere you want to or Theme Options >> Footer >> Copyright section as well.
