Hello,
1. The loss of translation does not relate to our theme. We suggest you to keep translated files in wp-content/languages/themes/woodmart-pt_PT.po folder. And you don’t need to add anything to the config file.
2. Our theme is responsive on mobile. Some of the elements change their view and location
3. As for the icons,
Please save the Theme Setting, update files in CSS generator if you used them and clear your cache.
Please and make sure that your site URL has been correctly inserted (HTTPS/HTTP) in the Dashboard > Settings > General
