I have logged into your website. It seems that you haven’t deactivated any third party plugin because the third party plugins are still activated.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins not related to the theme activate parent theme and then check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
