I saw the screenshot you attached.

1) You can try using the typography settings under Theme Settings >> Typography.

2) Basically the product images are controlled by WooCommerce and our theme doesn’t influence.

WooCommerce provides settings for the images that you can find under Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images.

You can try setting the crop and image width according to your needs.
