But products titles are not Custom fields as from documentation you sent. Cart content comes from WooCommerce and not from our theme. You can check for example WooCommerce Cart widget. Add it to some widgetized area and see is it translated correctly. This widget and our sidebar cart widget have the same base and are not influenced by our theme.
