Reply To: Ergonomy of menu on mobile

I have visited your website.

This is happening because you have added a simple menu for that and the dropdowns are set to be displayed for the simple menu on hover and the hover property doesn’t work for the mobile devices.

If you anyway succeed to open the menu then it displays the submenu to the right side of the menu and when you are at the second level then the third level submenu will definitely out of the device width.

Sorry but we could not help you with this because the standard submenu doesn’t set to be working for the mobile.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
