Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Custom CSS for Desktop area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS. And see if this works for you otherwise it requires Customizations.

.whb-sticky-shadow.whb-sticked .whb-row:last-child {
    display: none;
}
