Reply To: add icons (images) and description on a product

I saw the screenshot you attached.

You can try creating an HTML Block and add the shortcode of the HTML block in the before add to cart area under Theme Settings >> Product Page.

You can read our detailed documentation in the following link:

And you can add the short description by editing the product.
