Reply To: widgets not set do appear

For the widget issue it seems to be a core WordPress problem not related to our theme. Try to install the Classic Widgets plugin to fix this problem for now https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/.

Then try removing the elements you require to remove.

For the form issue Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.
