Hi,
No html block is not appearing responsive mobile. when i did this way its appearing mobile. time-being i will use this way. i will not use html content any more. if you can implement mega menu without html blocks its better. its my suggestion only. because your theme most of function available this is only missing. i already using 5 licence. i need to buy more license. my clients asking mobile responsive design. but in this particular situation html blocks are not working. & i try third party mega menu unfortunately it will not work for me. if clients ask the requirement i need to alternative way. so i using this way now. now i could change theme because client already selected this design
