You have disabled the Global settings for the Home page with the Theme Preset. You need either remove this preset rule or add the custom to both Global by default and Global in your preset rule.

You need to check the CSS code and remove these comments https://prnt.sc/239wpl6 otherwise all the code after this comment would not workd. Such comments are not applied in CSS.
