Please configure showing the sidebar in the shop page in the Theme Settings > Product Archives > Sidebars.

In addition, with the shop page and make sure you have not disabled the sidebar on the page: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/options-for-pages/

As soon as you configure the sidebar, you will need the widgets to the Shop page widget area in Appearance > Widgets.
