When I make a selection in the filter and press the button for the results, the page refreshes and goes to the top of the page. I would like it to go exactly where the products grid starts. Is it possible ???

WoodMart does not influence this behavior, most likely you have configured Woocommerce incorrectly.

The system sends the password to new users when they register. Is it possible the user to define the password himself while registering ?

This is also Woocommerce functionality and no WordPress theme has an option to change that.

When a user starts registration from the very beginning (not while purchasing) he is asked for email and password only. Is it possible to have the full registration form instead?

Woocommerce does not provide a wide range of options by default. You can check the option provided in the Woocommerce > Settings > Account and Privacy.
