I see you have added the HTML block to the desktop. The mobile view does not support mega-menu as there is not space enough for mega-menu blocks.

You would better make a popup in the header on mobile or both on mobile anon the desktop.

Create HTML block and insert the Popup element: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/ and https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/shortcodes-2/

Then insert all this content from [html_block id="8444"] into the content of the popup.

Add this HTM block into the Header by means of HTML Block https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/add-edit-builder-elements/
