Insert different logo and translate the rest content by means of Translation Stings in WPML: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/translate-header-wpml/

Then add the clone ID into the translation of the main header: https://gyazo.com/f2db95881e60760cae9f35ca87dd0c39 and https://gyazo.com/d80e8fe4637bdb07298d73d582defa4f
