Yes, uploading the demo rewrites the whole theme settings. You can consider uploading separate pages in the Dashboard > Woodmart > Dummy content > there are two tabs: https://gyazo.com/4b8f3905a364162d3f420f87b2466e8e You can import the separate pages.

In addition, there is the template library: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/wpbakery-elements-library/ you can upload ready blocks and build your template without uploading the whole demo rewriting your settings.
