I saw that you have the Blank response from server. Check the console for debug information error in the Loco Translate.

Also, the same issue is when you translate the strings that are related to the plugins.

Most likely that this issue is related to your server because loco doesn’t work not only for our theme but also for plugins so please try to contact their support for further solutions.
