We have checked your site and found that you have modified product price structure (https://prnt.sc/L4Th7VVswuul). The word “From” was added to it. Our theme options related to price like “Hide “to” price” or “Remove duplicate price for variable product” were based on the unmodified WooCommerce price structure. If you have changed the price structure using a custom code or third-party plugin, you will need to disable following options:
