Reply To: Continue shopping link style

Hi, i have checked Theme Settings > General > Promo popup, but there is none HTML block used, in fact, the promotional popup option is disabled, i think we are talking about diferent popups, i mean the popup that appears when you add a product to the cart, maybe some css?
