Reply To: Unable to deactivate the theme and getting an error message previous to that

I did that already, that’s the first thing I did! I had a third party that installed the theme but I purchased the theme from Theme Forest (that’s why I have support) and changed the license key. How do I manually deactivate it in any other way??
