Reply To: Show shipping methods only

Sorry to say but as you know the Cart page comes from WooCommerce by default, so things appearing on the Page comes as they are defined through the WooCommerce settings. Right now, under the Custom Cart layout, unfortunately there isn’t a separate Delivery Methods element available to add like in the image you referenced. There are Cart Totals and Cart Table elements available only which you might have already added.
