It seems that you are using the HTML block using the HTML Block item in the menu.
Mega menu blocks can be set in Appearance – > Menu -> Select Menu -> Enter menu item – > Set the HTML block from the dropdown list and change dropdown setting. . https://postimg.cc/qN5dYJC7.
